In National Geographic, Snares to Wares

A life size sculpture of an elephant and her calf made by the artisans at Pakwach Snares to Wares initiative group. The sculpture was made of 3400 wires from the snares collected in the park. Snares to Wares Initiative works in Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s biggest park.
